The client watches the same board you do. It keeps scope honest in both directions.
You own what you ship
Whoever builds a thing runs it. Knowing you carry the pager changes what you are willing to ship, and it is why our systems hold up.

Small team, no layers. Nobody here is translating between people who decide and people who build.
